| Prayer Requests | Women's Missionary Union - Ladies of the Church meet monthly to learn about missions worldwide in order to better educate all age groups within the church about missions, and to provide assistance for missionaries through prayer, monetary support, and supplies to help in such work. |

| Gifts for Needy Children - Mission groups from other churches come to Pippa Passes and present needy children with Christmas presents, gifts of clothing, school supplies, food, etc. | |
| Summer Mission Groups - Caney Baptist Church coordinates several mission groups from other churches who come to repair homes of needy families and host Bible clubs throughout the summer months. | |
| Missions - Caney Baptist Church assists members with mission trips to places like Romania, Alaska, and Poland, as well as assisting local missionaries who work in the Church and surrounding area. | |
